Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Jewellery showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for return.

Refunds

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products and are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during clearance or sale (if mentioned at purchase)

Damaged or Wrong Product

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
