Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Jewellery showing signs of wear or damage will not be eligible for return.
Refunds
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or as store credit, as applicable.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are allowed only for defective or damaged products and are subject to availability.

- Items purchased during clearance or sale (if mentioned at purchase)
Damaged or Wrong Product
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for quick resolution.
